The Main Street Mall Online Children & Infants Boutique mall is really starting to grow. It’s a place for sellers of all things for children and babies, from clothing to toys, learning materials to cribs. Here are a few examples:

Sometimes I’m A Nut!

A sweet little boy surprised his grandmother one morning with a cup of coffee. He had made it himself and was so proud. He anxiously waited to hear her verdict on the quality of the coffee he’d made especially for her.

The grandmother had never in her long life had such a bad cup of coffee, but she was not about to admit it to her young grandson. As she forced down the last sip, she noticed three of those little green plastic army men in the bottom of the cup. She asked the boy, “Honey, why would three little green army men be in my coffee?”

Her grandson replied, “You know, grandma, it’s like on TV… ‘The best part of waking up, is soldiers in your cup.’”

Silver Express

Ironlord’s Treasure Chest is one of several stores in the Main Street Mall Online Vintage Treasures & Antiques mall. It offers an excellent selection of silver plate, porceline, china, glassware, metal and wooden collectibles. But, in my opinion, the crowning glory is the exceptional collection of silver plate flatware.

A veritable encyclopedia of collectible silver the collection is expertly shot and clearly displayed. All the information you need is contained in each listing. And, with a little coxing, Albert (aka Ironlord) may be convinced to produce a searchable research site. What a treasure that would be.

Terribly Teen Pinups

Tammy sells pinups. Lots of pinups. I think she does so well with them because she is so very keen about them herself. She has eight stores at MSMO. She decided to break her pinups up by decade and so she needed that many stores to handle the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, two magazines, and a separate rock pinup group. The result has been spectacular.

Tammy is the most successful seller in our TV, Movies, Sports & Memorabilia mall.

Tammy is also the owner of ztams.com, a website that is the prototype for our new MSMOsites website community. It ties directly into her eight MSMO stores providing a synchronized database between the two sites.

How cool we all were!

So Many Things… So Little Time!

Writing about all the lovely things available at MSMO is going to be really difficult. Not because there aren’t lovely things to write about but just the opposite. There are so many! Picking which ones to write about first isn’t easy at all.

Cameo Jewelry, a fairly new store int the MSMO Jewelry, Gems, & Beads mall, offers this Black White Cat Pink Flowers Porcelain CAMEO Necklace Pendant Chain Handmade NEW which, they say, “This Handcrafted Original Porcelain Cameo is graced with pretty black and white cat and pink flowers.” If you like cameos and cats you’ll like this one and you’ll certainly want to check out their other fine pieces.

Mmmm… Good Coffee!

Our newest mall is our Food Court (Food, Candy & Beverage mall) and our newest store in that mall is Nectar of Life Fair Trade Organic Coffee. Nectar of Life has been roasting only gourmet grade certified organic Fair Trade 100% Arabica coffees since 2002. They also have a large selection of Fair Trade gift baskets containing everything from their own organic Fair Trade coffees to organic Fair Trade chocolates! The offer both wholesale and retail pricing.

Lora and I have tried their coffee and we’re impressed. We both drink quite a bit of coffee — especially me — and are pretty picky about what we like. The Nectar of Life coffee we tried is Bolivia Caranavi, a darker roast that has a full-bodied rich flavor. When our current supply gets low we’ll be going back for more!

It’s A First!

This is the first post of what I hope will be many regular daily entries. MSMO has had considerable growth over the past few weeks. And we were just three years old on June first, too. Lots of new things are happening and many more good things are coming as the days go by. I hope to write about most of them here.

This blog is, itself, an indication of one new thing coming and a wonderful feature for our sellers. This 5-page basic blog-based website is one of the feature offerings of the new MSMOsites website community that will be opening soon. Watch for another post about it here just when it opens.

In addition, all MSMO store owners operating gold ($29.99/month) or platinum ($49.99/month) accounts may request their own free blog site much like this one. Then can, of course, choose their own theme. MSMO sellers should contact Lora or Steve for details and/or see the thread on the forums.

Just another great reason to have a store on Main Street!
